100% verdejo, prefilozoic vineyard, whole vintage, fermented in mud jars, after two months of fermentation, the pulp is pressed and the wine is lowered to barrel, for its aging for 10/12 months. After the first aging in barrel it is left for another 10 months in storage, for final tuning.
These wines have a high tannicity, due to the contact of the must with the skins and scrape for a long time.
The colour is orange. This is the reason for its name.
This type of wines are long-lived and appreciate long bottle guards.
