90% Tempranillo 10% verdejo

Petillant naturel or as Pet Nat is known, good bubbles = good times.

They are the house rosé bubbles, made with the grapes from the first days of harvest, the fermented wine with low turbidity and low temperature, when it has dropped enough density it is bottled for the end of the F.A. already in the bottle.

After a few months of aging in the bottle with its fine lees, it is disgorged à la voé to remove those lees and is completed with dry wine from the same batch.

You just need to find a little excuse to open one of these bottles and the bubbles will make magic of that moment!
